Silk Embroidery House Co., Ltd. ships silk embroidery worldwide from our atelier in Suzhou, China. All pieces are carefully packed in acid-free tissue and rigid protective cases.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Custom or framed pieces may require an additional 3-5 business days.

Shipping Methods

Express International (DHL/FedEx): 5-10 business days to most destinations
Standard International: 10-20 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and item size. Free express shipping is available on orders over $150 USD.
